Payment can be made via Paynow / Paypal / Credit Card & Debit Card with PayPal
Amendments on order are not allowed once order status are updated to Preparation in progress/Batch details/shipped out
We are unable to do any Cancellation of order once it's has been processed
Post Within Singapore
Package will be delivered directly to the doorstep/ in your mailbox of the address issued. Tracking number is available.
For hygiene reasons, return/exchange is not applicable for the items.

Membership
We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in the program at our sole discretion.
We may send you emails and other communications related to our Referral Commission program and your membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Genie Aladdin account).
You may not transfer or assign your membership or any benefits, including promotion codes for Genie Aladdin memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms. Program members may only utilize the Program benefits for themselves. Members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship products directly to third parties using Genie Aladdin Member benefits and such conduct shall be construed as breach or misuse of the program.
From time to time, Genie Aladdin may change the membership benefits. We will inform you of any changes.
